PLENTY OF ROOM

The object consists of atoms with plenty of room between them so that any number of rapid particles can pass freely in and out. Atoms collide and emit and absorb electrons all the time. Therefore we cannot say that the object occupies a certain limited space. It is rather a question of density. And the time of existence is always limited. The real, deep emptiness itself, might even be empty of space and time. Emptiness doesn't occupy any space, nor time. It is only a point and can only be conceived of for such a small moment that the time-lapse cannot be measured. The emptiness that I speak of, fills no place and takes no time. We are constantly looking for points of orientation. We hate to get lost! My method consists of manipulating lines and forms. By so doing, I hope to come to a certain understanding of Reality. I may be lucky enough to arrive at a kind of intuitive knowledge, derived from selected observations and accumulated over so many years that some connections are eventually bound to break through.

FREUD SAID:
Originally the ego includes everything, later it detaches from itself the external world. The ego-feeling that we are aware of now is thus only the shrunken vestige of a far more extensive feeling - a feeling which embraced the universe and expressed an inseparable connection of the ego with the external world.
